Should have experiencein implementation of Unified Collaboration and Contact Center solutionfor Enterprise Customer. Cisco Unified Collaboration and ContactCenter Solution implementation for Enterprise Customer, which IncludesCisco Unified Components but should not be limited to CUCM/CUVM, CUC,IMP, SRST, Expressway C&E, CUBE, Voice Gateway, Cisco IOS Gateway andCisco PoE Switches. Microsoft Unified Communication Solutionimplementation for Enterprise Customer, which Includes Cisco UnifiedComponents but not limited to Lync 2013, Skype for Business 2013components, SBC & SBA. Prepare and review LLD and validation ofthe Bill of Materials. Prepare detailed voice and network design(Low Level Design) Able to implement and manage Cisco VCS / Jabbersolutions Technical knowledge: Call Manager, IMP, Expressway, SBC,TMS, CMS. Should have experience with Acano participate clientdiscussions to understand issues, objectives and current processes. Managing stakeholders and providing advice on architecturestrategy and roadmap.
