Job Description
The ASM will be responsible for following activities: * Sales and Marketing of Products (Home Loan and LAP). * Administration of Branch. * Advertisement of Loan Products * Responsible for sourcing of builder project files and get their project approval done by the organization. * Smooth functioning of Lending process at the various stages such as inquiry, application, verification, pre-sanction processing of loan, sanction, post-sanction documentation, disbursement of loan, collection, new and existing customer service. * Various compliances of Corporate Office and NHB at Branch Level * Recruitment of Direct Sales Associates DSAs. * Motivating DSA's to achieve targets. * Relationship building with Builder for APF & Bulk Sales * Time to time updating them on new products and lending guidelines with updating market scenario. * Achievement of target as provided by the company. * Meeting the guidelines of company and the goals as provided. * Handling the various queries of Housing Loans. * Monitor individual & Team performance and take steps to improve productivity and correct aberrations * Adherence to all processes laid down by the company at the Center * Ensuring Target achievement by co-coordinating with team and DSAs.
