Amazon’s Retail Business Services (RBS) team is looking for a dynamic and talented Vendor Success Program - Associate Acct Manager. The Associate Acct Manager will be responsible for standardizing the process of managing vendor accounts by working with Lead - VSP and managing vendor accounts for select vendors.
This position offers a Launchpad to Amazon online retail business and a broad training ground for future success. The successful Associate Acct Manager is an effective listener, communicator and problem-solver with strong expertise in process optimizations and systems thinking. He or she must also be able to effectively engage with select vendors to address selection gaps, profitability and help their business grow. The Vendor Success Program - Associate Acct Manager will also engage with many internal business partners to achieve best-in-class vendor success operations and exceed ambitious goals.
§ Work with select set of vendors from the time of launch at Amazon to ensure they are operating efficiently on our tools
§ Standardize and optimize the processes to work with the vendors to address selection gaps, profitability and help their business grow
§ Establish metrics for recording the success and Vendor experience from Vendor Success program and track metrics
§ Bachelor's degree.
§ 5+ years (With MBA 2+) of successful Inside sales or Client management experience, preferably in the eCommerce, retail technology, SaaS, Business Process Outsourcing, HiTech or software industries.
§ Exceptional interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships and influence others without authority.
§ Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization.
§ Strong organizational and project management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and time management.
§ Proactive attitude, detail-oriented, and a team player.
§ Proficient in Excel.
· Experience in driving process improvements in client management or eCommerce organizations.
· Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets
· Expertise in Macro-based automation and SQL knowledge is a plus
· Experience in driving systemic changes and familiarity with medium-complex technology systems
