Responsibilities: * Identify potential customers, create relationships (in person, by phone, in writing) with them and negotiate with them and persuade them to buy the products/services that the company can offer to them. * Acting like a consultant to the client and offering them recommended services and solutions. * Set quarterly sales targets. * Offer new ideas to increase sales. * Prepare weekly & monthly sales reports. * Would carry activity and revenue outcome target based on Business Development parameters. * Ready to travel within India for business purposes. * Propose the appropriate go-to-market approach by region and find the ideal partners to enter the markets profitably. * Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge and comprehensive understanding of Foreign Trade Regulations.Required Skills: * Minimum 7 years of experience in the related field. * Experience in B2B business process. * Experience in Lead & prospect generation roles with track record of prospect funnel creation. * Hands on experience in client handling and product selling. * Good knowledge of selling customer solutions over a call. * Understanding of either of the following is added value: Software services / IT Solutions/Consulting /KPO. * Must have worked in pre-sales/marketing support roles. * Understanding of Sales & Marketing Cycle is added value.Attitude & Behaviour: * Ability to build rapport with customers instantly * Likes to picks up challenges * Good motivator, passionate, confident.
