Call Center Incharge profiles required for a FMCG Food Company in MUMBAI
Job Title:Team Leader : Call Center
Reporting Manager:Asst. Brand Manager
Location:Mumbai (Mahim)
Department:Sales
Job Purpose Statement:
Inbound
Respond to customer inquiries
Handle and resolve customer complaints
Provide customers with product and service information
Process orders, forms and applications
Identify and escalate priority issues
Outbound
Deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service
Obtain customer information
Obtain possible customer leads
Data entry and maintenance of customer/potential customer data bases
Maintain records of telephonic interactions, orders and accounts
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
Oversight of outbound activities and processes and derivation and implementation of improved approaches
Creation of plans and schedules in order to accomplish objectives of Brand & Distribution India Outbound
As a team leader youll be expected to sell the products & services of the company you work for by calling prospective clients. You may also be carrying out market research, so you wont necessarily be stuck to the phone.

Team Management
You will help train and develop team members in order to provide an efficient dynamic business which achieves its objectives.
Also manages and monitors team performance-carrying out additional audits where required.
Eligibility Criteria: Any Graduate
Mandatory Skills -
1. Good communication in English and Hindi
2. Voice tone on phone should be clear and impressive
3. Excellent convincer
4. Strong understanding of Call Centre statistical analysis and reporting
5. MS office advance knowledge
6. Team Management
7. Customer service
Experience: 5 -10 years
Preference: Male/Female
