Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITES
€ Attend calls from clients in UK and resolve issues
€ Diagnose actual issues faced by customers
€ Provide assistance with great sense of responsibility
€ Ensure process specific quality parameters to achieve performance goals
€ Updates the client software with customer information, queries and Service requests.
€ Provides new thoughts and ideas for process improvements
€ Works in conjunction with process requirements and metrics (SLA)
€ Forwards customer feedback (VOC) to the supervisors for concerns / suggestions raised by
the customer

REQUIREMENT:
€ Good communication skills (English)
€ Should be able to frame sentences with no grammatical mistakes
€ Familiar with internet navigation
€ Good analytical ability and quick in response
€ Flexible to work in UK shift (4PM €“ 1am)

Work Location: Bellandur (Outer Ring road)

Salary: (14k €“ 19K) including incentives

Transport facilities provided (Bothways)
