Job Description
The Role:

The position requires the use of independent judgment to:
manage all assigned customer projects and orders
interpret and apply business practices and systems
troubleshoot and resolve all customer satisfaction issues
Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction and Issue Resolution
Single point of contact for all customers needs
High availability for customer contact to ensure timely and accurate response to all enquiries
Manage all orders from placement to closure and follow up with resolutions where expectations are not met.
Provide pricing and quotations for customers
Gather and relay customer information to appropriate individuals within the company
Collaboration with all CS functional groups
Utilise probing skills to identify customers needs
Awareness of global diversity
Policy, Process, Procedure and Systems Knowledge
Knowledge and use of CS business process/procedures/systems
Interpret and apply policies, processes and procedures to manage the following Sales Order related activities including:
-Sales Order Creation
-Accurate and timely invoicing
-External and Internal customer communication
-Accurate and timely processing of orders/quotes
Product, Service and Customer Knowledge
Knowledge of CS products and capabilities
Knowledge of CS Customers and their specific markets
Understanding of Customs and shipping issues
Understand transfer pricing (International)

Leadership
Meet or exceed department service standards
Demonstrate ability to work beyond department boundaries
Provide process assistance to others in same role

Our Requirements:
3 years Customer Service Experience in a business to business environment preferred
Experience in service or manufacturing environment utilizing integrated business systems preferred
Computer skills including data entry and knowledge of Windows operating systems.
Excel proficiency
40wpm full keyboard utilization
