Job Description
1. Maintain customer focus at all times and respond to customer enquiriesover e-mail, phone and chat using Best Practice guidelines2. Ensure all customers' queries are investigated and resolved,escalating issues if appropriate, to the Team Leads/CTO3. Take ownership of queries and proactively follow through to resolution4. Maintain knowledge of all Existing and Upcoming products of thecompany.Our main client base is in the USA so this candidate should haveexperience working with customers in US or other international markets(requires US work hours starting 4pm IST).
