We have the expertise in supportingvarious portfolios, which range from basic tier 1 support to the verycomplex Tier 3 support including ITES and BPO, Technical & ApplicationSupport and Remote Infrastructure Support.Key aspects of this role include: * Good knowledge on MS windows server operating systems. * Provide TIER 3 troubleshooting support to the client. * Monitor and troubleshoot the issues of existing data centers remotely. * Investigate and provide the RCA for the incidents. * Perform the system administration tasks and patching * Perform the scheduled changes and the tasks. * Take the ownership of the tickets and work towards the resolution. * Perform the activities within the defined SLA * Adhere to the Change Management process * Work with the external vendors for resolution. To be the right fit, you'll need: * Strong server build knowledge and experience * Strong knowledge of Active directory, DNS and DHCP * Hands on experience with ESX build and migration * ESX patching using update manager * MS Windows patching (Optional) * RAID configuration * Cluster configuration in Windows and VMware * Must have knowledge in PowerShell Scripting * VMware resource management, DRS configuration and management * ITIL Process knowledge * Live production trouble shooting when problems arise and plan for future capacity requirements * Willingness to work in shifts * Male candidates only
