Job Description
Required skills:
Smart, competent and outgoing individual with excellent communication skills & presentation skills for door to door software selling.
Experience in writing proposals with good presentation skills.
Customer oriented & computer savvy with good understanding of Indian customers need on technology front.
Job Responsibilities
Build a strong pipeline of opportunities.
Decide whether the software needs adapting to meet the clients need.
Work cross functionally with marketing and engineering teams to drive incremental revenue.
Maintain up to date knowledge about the competitive positioning of the software in the marketplace.
Responsible for expansion of Business and revenue generation.
Work on leads generated by the Marketing team and ensure closure.
Keep an eye on competitors offering and have an advantage over them.
Ability to build a new database, i.e. cold calling, door to door sales.
Conducting impressive presentations for clients based on their needs and requirements.
Prepare proposals for clients.
Budgeting and forecasting company sales targets and profitably.
Responsible for the sales achievements.
Provide inputs to team head to design, implement, analyze and deploy new business processes.
Track all business development activities, analyze quarterly progress and suggest new strategies based on findings.
Qualities Needed for This Jobs
Direct Sales, Cold Calling, Lead Generation, Marketing Skills
Candidate Profile
Candidate must have experience of 2 to 3 yrs in Direct Sales. Candidate can be from IT and Non IT background.
Must have good communication skills.
Looking for MBA / PGDM / MBM graduates profile.
