Key Responsibilities: * Providing customer break fix support including off office hours and weekends for designated equipment in building * Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals * Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems * Communicating clearly in written and verbal form * Accepting and delivery of all service calls assigned * Completing all administrative tasks associated with each call * Responsible for control and return of assets and inventory * Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs * Installing wires and cables as well as splice wires or cables * Inspect and test wiring to locate and repair problems as well as ensuring that all specifications are met * Executive, traders support. * * Video conferencing support. * Handling procurements * Support Remote support teams if required. * Support implementing/executing infrastructure-projects (small projects) only locally within the location. Experience required: * Good Communication skills * ITIL concepts strongly preferred * MCSE or MCP preferred * Min 5 years of relevant experience * Experience in a trading environment Note: Providing customer break fix support including off office hours andweekends for designated equipment in building
