Provide administrative support andperform numerous duties, including scheduling, writing correspondence,emailing, handling visitors, routing callers, and answering questions andrequests. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDEProvide both diary and inbox management, ensuring all necessaryinformation / papers are available in advance of meetings . Managedomestic and international travel arrangements drafting itineraries asappropriate. Coordinate for all client meetings, events, seminars,workshops and corporate hospitality. Develop a comprehensive knowledge ofall the functions and develop a general awareness on the targetsannounced, status on all ongoing / new projects, and business issues inwhich the functional heads are involved in. Develop healthy workingrelationships with key internal and external clients. Document and updateclient contact details on CRM/ outlook Attend all relevant internalmeetings and document minutes, circulate minutes to all the concerned andupdate the status on periodic basis.Assist in drafting / preparingcommunications (internal and external), presentations and documents.Screen calls, respond and escalate queries Coordinate for presentingmonthly dashboards Prepare expense claims and submit on periodic basis Assistwith ad-hoc projects as appropriate Manage post, couriers, filing,photocopying, archiving and various other administrative tasks Managesubscriptions / memberships to industry societies / publications / onlinesocial networks Be proactive in planning and organising workload, workingwith minimal supervision.
