Job Description
Pan Parag, the flagship brand of Kothari group, has been a household name for Pan Masala across households both in India and abroad. It has grown by manufacturing its own product as well as giving franchise rights to many franchisees to manufacture and deliver the product in the market.
Pan Parag is looking to hire capable and experienced Export Managers to help shape and scale their international network. You will plan and manage overseas sales through distributors and other relevant sales channels for the target markets- US, Africa, Middle East, South East Asia and UK.

Location:
You can be based out of India or any of the target locations: US, Kenya, Middle East (Gulf), Malaysia and UK.

What€™s on offer?
A highly competitive salary (upto 12 Lacs CTC) if you are based out of Mumbai or industry standards if you are based overseas.

Key responsibilities:

Manage existing international distributors and store chains of various countries:
€Maintain relationship for seamless international business
€Ensure the proper supplies at proper rates
€Negotiate payment terms and margins
€Ensure the quality of products and packaging are as per company standards

Identify new distributors in the target markets to generate new business

Prepare and implement sales strategy, sales promotion, product management, appointment of distributors and handle external advertising agencies

Follow Indian domestic market cues and keep up with competitive pricing and market trends in international market
Experience required:

Must haves
5+ years of experience in selling high volume goods (like FMCG) via channels and distributors
€Experience in international sales with good contacts with distributors in US, Kenya, Middle East (Gulf), Malaysia or UK
€Should be based out of the above locations. If not, should be willing to travel overseas upto 20 days a month
€Strong communication skills

Preferred
€Experience in selling tobacco (chewing) products
€Knowledge of any local language (depending on the geography)
