Educational Qualification :
For Safety Engineer : Graduate in Fire and Safety Engineering from a recognized University/ Institute.
For Safety Officer : Graduate in Science/ Diploma in Technology/ Engineering with Diploma in Industrial Safety from a recognized Indian Institute.
For Draftsman/Supervisor : Diploma in respective Engineering discipline Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation.

The Fertilisers and Chemicals Travancore Limited is engaged in manufacturing complex fertilizers and ammonium sulfate. The Companys segments include Fertiliser, Petrochemical and Others. The Companys products include fertilizers, such as straight fertilizers, fertilizer mixtures, chemicals and bio-fertilizers Caprolactam, which includes Nitric Acid and Soda Ash, Nitric Acid (55%), and Soda Ash (off grade) bio-fertilizer such as Rhizobium, Azospirillum, and Phosphobacter (Bacillus Magatherium), and byproducts. Its Udyogamandal Plants have an installed capacity of approximately 76,050 tons of nitrogen (N) and 29700 tons of Phosphorus pentoxide (P2O5). It also manufactures chemicals as intermediate products, such as Sulfuric acid, anhydrous ammonia, phosphoric acid, sulfur dioxide and oleum.
