Job Description
The key functional areas will include recruitment, front desk management, administration and staff welfare.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Job Portal management
2. Job postings, screening of resumes, shortlisting of candidates
3. Response management, scheduling interviews
4. Be the first point of contact for all HR-Related Queries
5. Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment, time and leave records.
6. Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation.
7. Liaise with recruitment agencies.
8. Set up interviews and issue relevant correspondence.
9. Back Office data entries for various departments.
10. Handling couriers and related documentation.
11. Administration of office.
12. Greeting visitors and directing them to appropriate people in the organization

Desired Candidate Profile:
You must enjoy interacting with people. You must have a calm demeanor. You are able to handle pressure situations well. You have excellent communication skills - both verbal and written. You have excellent command over MS office. You have good command over English language.
Candidates with a prior experience in a similar role will get an advantgae.
