Job Description / Roles & Responsibilities:Right from client handling to end to end recruitment process for juniorlevel, middle level and senior level requirements.Taking requirements from the clients in terms of technology, roles andresponsibilities, compensation etc for the role.To discuss with BUH to understand the requirement clearly with terms ofvarious desired criterias (Detailed Job Description etc) and to ensurethe quality deliverables.Responsible for end-to-end solution for junior level, middle level andsenior level requirementsSourcing and Screening resumes through Job portals, social network,employee reference and head hunting etc.Recruiting experience for Contract, Contract to hire positions &Permanent positions.Screening & Short listing resumes by evaluating the candidate'scommunication skills, technical Domain skills/knowledge, experience basedon client's requirement, relocation preferences. Understanding technicalrequirements and sourcing right candidates for their requirements.Explore all channels of recruitments like posting Ads, designing andinitiating referral emails etc. for sourcing of the right candidates forthe business. Connect through social networking etcCo-ordination with the client/BUH for feedback on daily basis andschedule interviews of short listed candidatesScheduling and coordinating with candidates for different forms ofinterviews like F2F, Telephonic, Video Conference and Skype as perconvenience.Upon shortlisting coordinating with HR for further process for onboardingCollect the salary slips, Offer letter of the candidates to check thesalary Break up & also other relevant documents.Conducting HR discussion with the selected candidates for the specificskill and team. Assisting in releasing the offer letter and negotiatingon compensation and notice period of the candidateTaking the feedback from the client and maintain the qualitative processto ensure the best of the candidates are placed.Follow up of the selected candidates for reporting to the Organization.Sending update, viz joining, pipeline tracker to the Business.Maintaining daily/ weekly/monthly reports such as interview statusreports, closure reports & feedback reports.
