As Manager-Engineering you should lead & develop a hybrid team of Software, QA and Performance Engineers, and you will be responsible for managing the leaders of development, dev QA and system performance teams and will need to act as a coach and mentor.
We need a leader with a strong technical background who is able to focus on communication with our partners and stakeholders in other departments of our client as well as within the team.

You have more than 15 years of experience in Software Development of applications.You have 3+ years experience in leading engineering and development teams or projects.You have 2+ years of relevant experience in Python.
You can work closely with executive management to define priorities, direction and timelines.You have proven expertise to implement development concepts for efficient Software.
You Can do Fostering innovation in the team to develop fast, scalable and secure systems.
You have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
You have the ability to adapt, be creative, and learn more.
