oManaging an existing team of semi-experienced sales executives
oNew Business Selling to Key Client accounts
oRepeat selling to repeat account customers
oSales training
oDeveloping existing sales executives
oRecruiting, training
oMotivating new sales executives
oAchieving monthly sales revenue target set
oIdentify and develop new project revenue streams and opportunities.
oLiaising closely with operations and production team to execute the campaign.
oAttend events to meet and build relationships with key account exhibitors
oLead from the front with business development
oBeing responsible for generating performance advertising revenue from clients and media agencies.
oUsing existing contacts to make an immediate impact
oMaximizing market share, winning new business
oTo ensure monthly advertising sales targets are achieved
oDeveloping and growing personal client base
oDeveloping and growing the entire team client base
oUsing current market information to analyses trends
oMaking recommendations regarding Sales Plan and Strategy
oRespond to RFPs and customize proposals to win new business with multi-media sales managers
