Responsibilities:
Develops abusiness plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainmentof company sales goals and profitability.
Responsible for theperformance and development of the reporting Sales team (if any).
Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effectivesearch of sales leads and prospects.
Initiates and coordinatesdevelopment of action plans to penetrate new markets.
Assists in thedevelopment and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
Developa result oriented team for Respective market
Provides timelyfeedback to senior management regarding performance of executives and themarket developments.
Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricingon all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing andapproval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reportssubmitted by Sales Executives.
Controls expenses to meet budgetguidelines.
Adheres to all company policies, procedures and businessethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implementedwithin the team.
Recruits, tests, and hires Sales Executives basedon criteria agreed upon by senior management.
Job Specifications:
Extensive experience, passion towards food and its technology andwillingness to work in ground level to develop the flavour market
Skill to have good interpersonal relationship with customers, especiallyCorporate/dealer(on necessity)network
Main work will focused inbakery, confectionery, ice cream, beverage segment and there creating ademand for the product in the Corporate/dealer(on necessity) network
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
Willingness to travel across Respective for developing the market.
Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.
