HI,Good Morning.Role: Performance Engineering,Location: Hyderabad,Duration: Contract 1 YearJD:Develop and analyze multi domain system models (using EASY5 or Simulink)to predict transient response, stability margins (response time, phaseand gain margins), force balance, and available force margin in supportof design validation and optimization of control valve assemblies.Develop and analyze 1D and 2D steady state flow models to predict suchcharacteristics as pressure drop, flowrate, internal leakage, andexternal interface loads. Systematic analysis of valve actuationsystems/mechanisms under a variety of operating conditions (e.g. Strokelevel, input flow characteristics, and operating temperature) to ensurerobust and stable operation in full compliance with performancerequirementsAs an IPT member, collaborate with designers early in the productdevelopment cycle to identify and eliminate latent performance relatedissues.Develop and utilize calculation tools and templates to perform forcemargin analysis, actuation system hardware, assess stability margin forpressure regulators, and estimate leakage while accounting for suchfactors as differential thermal growth within the valve assembly,geometric tolerances, and changes in internal friction mechanisms due toaging.Author clear and detailed standard procedures on performance analysis andprovide technical mentorship to junior engineers to perform suchanalyses.
