Job Description

Roles
€Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
€Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
€Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
€Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
€To attend to office on time, known to the consultants & also perform any other job assigned by Floor Incharge/ Accounts.
€Maintain an updated list of services available/not available.
REGISTRATION -
a.Ensure that all fields in the registration module are completed.
b.Ensure that the names and addresses are as per the voter ID/insurance/ policy/corporate ID.
c.Should have complete knowledge about Corporates and required documents to be collected at the time of registration with fees.
d.Ensure that the entries are error free.
BILLING -
a.Ensure of right billing for the right investigations to the right person.
b.Explain the tariff correctly and cleanly.
c.Ensure that patients have appointments for where needed.
d.Collect cash or payment by credit cards & cheques.
e.Tallying cash with scroll &Submitting cash as per scroll.
f.Hand over cash to cashier or make sure it has been handed over.
g.Authorized credit cards to be specified.
h.Due bills to be entered in the dues register.
i.Concession and refunds to be done with authorization proof.
j.Any changes to be done in the software to be given in writing and followed up.
k.Any changes in the tariff to be updated to the EDP in admin department.
l.Inform reliever in case of sudden absence or in case of leave , also to concerned department head and doctor
