Our Client in Muscat Oman are looking for a candidate for the Position Sales & Service Manager for our Clients Abbott Diagnostics Department.

Role: The candidate should lead a team of Sales and Services representatives for Oman. Meeting Abbott representatives from varied divisions and bridge between Our client in Muscat Oman & Abbott Laboratories.
Strategic Business Planning: Contribute to business model re-structuring to optimise business outputs and enhance customer satisfaction. Manage annual revenue forecasting, budget planning and P&L responsibility with managing portfolio gross margins and pricing models.
Sales & Business Development: Consistently accomplish business goals by meeting and exceeding defined sales targets, identifying and deploying new business opportunities and safeguarding sustainable growth.
Marketing: Utilize various platforms such as events, value creation activities, seminars, symposium and conferences to secure brand loyalty and scientific leadership through product representation and promotion in allotted budget.
Basic requirements & Qualifications-
Expert professional in business development, planning and executing business strategies, master in developing new market channels and building strong relationships with Sales and Service Managers, Ability to analyze and compare firm's products with that of competitors, good communication and management skills, effective leader and motivator, self-assured and confident, ability to work with field force diversity. Highly successful career for Laboratory Diagnostic Business within core areas of Clinical Chemistry, Immuno chemistry, Hematology, Total Lab Automation, and Service Solutions.
Biomedical Engineer with MBA-Sales/Marketing, previous experience in diagnostics is highly recommended.
Experience : Candidate should have minimum 10 years experience in this field.
Age should be around 30 to 35 yrs.
Salary : Rials Omani between 550/= to 600/= per month ( Tax Free Salary ) . Other benefits include Family status will be provided after 6 months, annual leave of 30 days with passage, gratuity, medical benefits etc. as per the company rules.
The candidate should be soft-spoken & fluent in English.
