End to End Recruitment * Owning the end to end recruitment process creation of JDs, sourcing of candidates, screening, mange interviews, offer negotiation, manage joining formalities and onboarding * Utilize various sourcing channels like social media sites, job boards and employee referrals to close positions within the required timeframe * Build community on social media platform to fill open positions and anticipate future needs 2. Stakeholder Management * Coordinate with respective functional heads to define recruitment requirements and job specifications. * Coordinate with external agencies and recruitment consultant to ensure that staffing requirements are met * Provide solutions to enable the business and partner with functional heads to achieve broader organizational Talent Acquisition goals 3. Independent Thinker * Operate as a highly organized, goal-oriented, self-driven, and motivated individual willing to view each challenge as an opportunity to learn, excel, and grow the company * Manage and execute work independently and proactively without daily support Does this sound like you? Required: * 2 + years of experience with end-to-end recruitment across junior to midlevel roles * Experience sourcing candidates using social media (e.g. LinkedIn) and job boards (e.g. Naukri, Monster etc)Preferred: * Experience with industries such as facilities, real-estate, property, hospitably, hotels * Experience recruiting for field teams, site engineers, operations managers * Experience across generalist HR functions like Learning and Development, Performance Management systems, Employee Engagement and Rewards and Recognition * Experience with HR analytics around manpower planning, and recruitment MIS/dashboards * Experience managing 3rd party vendors, like recruitment agencies and head-hunters * Experience working in a distributed set up, specifically across South India * Excellent verbal communication with fluency in English and Hindi * Entrepreneurial spirit and willing to work in a fast growing environment
