ResponsibilitiesFacilitate and finalize the program design of Thought Leadership for 2017to 2019 in consultation with all members of the TL team.Develop detailed yearly action plans aligned with the Program Design withDevelop an internal monitoring plan and track the teams progress towardgoals based on the Action Plan on a quarterly basis.Identify and creatively engage with Thought leaders outside of IJM as andwhen necessary, with a view to involve them in promoting IJMs Theory ofChange through writings, speeches and other modes of communication.Assist in drafting letters, proposals, briefs, emails, and communicationsetc. for the Director of Public Engagement as needed.Participate in internal meetings and record detailed minutes andactionables.Support the Director of Public Engagements through research & creationpresentations and material that highlight issues relating to everydayviolence faced by the poor in India and IJM s Theory of Change.Analyze relevant reports, publications, or other reading materials andpresent findings to the Director and relevant team members.Liaise with other IJM India office PoCs to promote TL initiatives acrossoffices.Carry out/coordinate events that corroborate IJMs Theory of Change andpromote the same in academic institutions, professional bodies and withindividual Thought Leaders across the country.Act as the point of contact for thought leadership engagements andproducts including websites.Support/write articles/position papers/memos on issues related to IJMstheory of change by coordinating with the National Advocacy and NationalIntervention Teams in Delhi in particular and other IJM offices ingeneral.Required Skills and ExperienceA minimum of 3 years working in team environment, with demonstratedexperience resolving issues;Bachelors Degree in Administration or Business Management or equivalentexperience;Fluent in English and Hindi;Knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel & PowerPointCritical QualitiesOrganized, meticulous attention to detail, disciplined with prioritiesand excellent time management skillsGood problem solving skillsSustained positive attitude, personable and mature judgment;Willing to travel as per the need;Genuinely reliable and consistently punctual;People oriented and task orientedWorks well under stress and delivers as per timelines with accuracyWilling to adapt to changing office requirements and prioritiesStrong ethic of service and a passion for IJMs goals; andEffective organizer, planner and implementerSend Job Application Form, Resume & Cover Letter By E-mail To:email@example.com.
