Job Role & Requirement: Masters/Bachelors degree in Law with a minimum 4 years of experience. Perform a wide variety of functions to support the firms planning practices and various matters as assigned. Proactive participation and assisting senior team members in resolving the complex cases and improve processes with the view to enhancing service quality and efficiency towards the firm. Excellent in drafting legal responses & Agreements to parties/government authorities/agencies. Contribute towards drawing up legal documentation on planning Appeals, advising on legal transactions, to successfully meet the firms expectations. Interpret property & planning laws, rulings and regulations of England and Wales for the firm and research relevant legal materials to aid the firms decision making. Research and Identify implications for cases from legal precedents and other legal information. Provide professional, timely and prompt service and responses towards the matters assigned, with the intent to support the firm. Knowledge of legal and business issues to meet the required legislation. Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines. Escalate the legal issues in matters promptly and appropriately. A Self-starter with strong self-management skills works independently, Ability to organise and manage multiple priorities. Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills a must for interacting with overseas clients. Working hours: 1.30 pm to 11.00 pm- Monday to Friday. Meal, Pickup & Drop Provided. Salary will be based on the experience.
