Management Interns in Indepay are viewed as the future leaders of the organization. Young Leaders will have a defined performance oriented career path as a part of their fast growth trajectory within the organization. They will play an integral role in executing the activities on the ground for the designated vertical. They will be mentored by our leadership team to provide a better understanding of the business and also to guide them in identifying the domain in which they would develop expertise gradually. Also, they will be responsible for maintaining MIS in their respective team and sharing periodic dashboard with the tower head. Projects across various functions like content writing, recruitment, project co -ordination, product management and marketing communication will be assigned to them during their training period. Young Leader’ -s program will be a good opportunity for graduates to explore their capabilities at the onset of their career.,Key skills:
The candidate for Management Intern profile should posses following:
1.Effectively transfers thoughts and expresses ideas verbally or in writing to individuals or groups
2.Responds to change with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn new ways to accomplish objectives
3.Should be able to adapt to organization’ -s culture and able to imbibe company’ -s value
4.Should be a risk taker and can think out of box to come up with innovative ideas
5.Should have the "can do" attitude for the assigned tasks
6.Should be able to take initiatives, focus on results and effectively execute the plans
7.Plans ahead for upcoming problems or opportunities and takes appropriate action
8.Demonstrates high integrity, dependability and ownership through his conduct
9.Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power point is must. Knowledge in MS project is preferable
