Job Description
Preparing Invoice, taking care of Finished goods, Logistics.Initially the person will be posted at peenya office but after months he will be transferred to begur. Ensuring accurate and timely dispatch of material as per Sales Plan.Control over freight expenditure.Timely delivery of the material at the customers end.Complying with legal compliances related to dispatch.Ensuring proper packing and labelling on the boxes as per the Purchase Order.Investigating/Attending customer complaints relating to transportation/dispatch and timely receipt of material and taking proper corrective and preventive action.Emergency management.Follow up with transporters and customers.To select and assess performance of transporters.To decide the mode of transportation keeping in mind the region, urgency, cost.Ensuring material and people safety during the material movement.Bill processing and payment release to transporters and service providers.Updating the dispatch details for each dispatch.

Apipaasa HR Consultancy is looking for B.Sc / BCA / B.Com / BBA / Any Bachelor Degree candidates only.
