Job Description
Establish long-term cooperation with international and local VOIP companies. To Generate Lead sales of VoIP minutes business for their IP Carrier business worldwide. Control Call Center Routes for All Destinations. Account Management and support to all customers in the worldwide & Business Development efforts to identify new routes buy / sell relationships and IP carriers. Conduct negotiations, sign contracts with potential customers. Continuously follow up the quality (ASR, ACD, PDD, FAS). Monitor both wholesale and retail traffic. Send and accept notifications, do necessary increases and decreases in rates. Test the quality of routes with co-ordination with technical team. Drive revenue growth by increasing sales.
