Job Description :
Responsible for shift given and handling operations and responsible for other departments.
Handling Box Office, Candy and Auditorium.
Preparing weekly Duty-Roaster.
Achieving the monthly targets through various promotions.
Determined strategies to drive concession revenues and managed inventory for same.
Assisted General Manager and hired staff.
Established marketing and promotions techniques through various social networking sites.
Organized inventory of products and resolved customer issues.
Prepared various programs to promote special events.
Coordinated with General Manager and performed all duties.
Supervised all different phases of theater activities.
Developed ways to increase productivity of employees.
Determined various performance standards and evaluated staff performance for same.
Maintained Cinema and ensured its fully stocked.
Ensured achievement of all operational objectives.
Handled inspection of various Govt.Authorities in cinema alongwith Cinema General Manager.
Hold team meetings on a regular basis with the direct reports Taking round of the floor to observe overall property is neat & clean, branding is in place etc.
Checking the candy area for food availability, food display, quality & equipments
Visiting the box office to observe CCE interaction with patrons & availability of ticket rolls, cash etc.
Checking all the auditoriums for cleanliness, seat alignment, carpet, sound & picture quality & overall movie experience.
Talk to the staff & brief them on overall operational aspects to motivate them & give them day specific tasks & targets.
Starting the entry of patrons in auditorium as per the schedule & coordinating so as shows are not delayed
Shadowing the POS holders during the intervals to ensure maximum F&B sales
Sending Basketing staff in audi with proper stock.
Taking round of the auditorium at the end of the show to ensure proper cleaning
Generate reports of cafe via vista like SPH, Wastages, COGS etc
Salary : 3 lacs to 3.5 lacs
