Educational Qualification :
For Caretaker : Retired Defence personnel like CPO / MCPO Or Employees retired at Supervisory Level from Public Sector Undertakings.
For Cook : Pass in VII Std. Applicants with One year Certificate Course in Food Production/ Food and Beverages Service from a Government Food Craft Institute / Two year Vocational Certificate in Catering and Restaurant Management from an institution recognised by Central/ State Government will be preferred.
Job Location : Kochi (Kerela)
Selection Process : Selection will be made on Objective/ Descriptive Written test for Caretaker and Practical Test for Cook.
