Dynamic Personality, hr, payroll. SkillSet: HR, Recruiting staff, Planning, interviewing, selecting candidates. aking full ownership of all the processes related to finance, HR and general day-to-day running of the businessArranging travel, meetings and appointments.Recording office expenditure and managing the budget.Recruiting staff - this includes developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates.Advising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits.Organizing the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment.Maintaining the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs.Planning, and sometimes delivering, training - including inductions for new staff.Analyzing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers.Ensuring adequate staff levels to cover for absences and peaks in workload.Delegating work to staff and managing their workload and output.
