Educational Qualification :

For Company Secretary : Passed Final Examination of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and should have Associate/ Fellow member of ICSI with 20 Years of post qualification experience (Post ACS) in Secretarial department in a PSU or Public/ Private Limited Company in Executive cadre.
