Has to listen and follow the instructions given by Seniors Assist the Captain at Service and do the business of the stations. Cleans and re-lays the tables in between courses. Responsible for food pick up, policing of CCG and maintaining Linen inventory. Ensuring that all Food and Drinks are picked up as per the Standard Specification. Cleans and set up the restaurant before the operation begins and does proper closing in tandem with theCaptain.
