Educational Qualification :
For Veterinary Medical Officer : A degree of Bachelor of Veterinary Science andAnimal Husbandry (B.V.Sc. &A.H.) from a University established by law in India or a degree recognised by the Government as equivalent and Must be duly registered with the Uttar Pradesh Veterinary Council.
For Assistant Coach : Graduate from a recognized University Must have represented the University team in Inter-University tournament Or represented the State school team in all India school tournament as a player and Diploma in Coaching from National Institute of Sports Patiala or its other centres as Kolkata, Bengalore, Or Gandhi Nagar.
For Sports Officer : Graduate from a recognized University Must have represented state team in National Tournaments as a player. Diploma in training {Coaching from National Institute of Sports, Patiala or its other centres as Kolkata, Gandhinagar or Bangalore and Two Years experience of organizing tournaments.

Application Fee : After filling in the Candidates Registration format of the On-line application, the candidate shall procure the print-out of the E-challan in duplicate. The E-Challan will be used to deposit the fee in any of the branches of State Bank of India or Punjab National Bank by the candidate according to his category.
